Milne Craig Technology Solutions (MCTS) is part of Milne Craig and is therefore ideally placed to offer our clients an 'ethical' approach to their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) requirements.

Modern business is becoming increasingly reliant on ICT. MCTS aim to ally our business and technical knowledge to ensure that you receive the correct advice within the correct budgetary constraints.

MCTS can further demonstrate their competence to achieve this goal by a program to accredit its consultants as advisors under the Government Technology Means Business (TMB) scheme. Technology Means Business was developed following a call from Government and leading technology companies to improve the quality and consistency of advice received by small businesses.

Every TMB adviser must meet stringent criteria and demonstrate a level of competence that combines technical knowledge with business expertise. Each year, all TMB advisers are reaccredited ensuring that the advice they give is current and up-to-date.

MCTS has developed a Mission Statement that defines our goals within a simple paragraph:

We aim to offer access to high quality ICT advice which is focused on YOUR business needs rather than ours. We aim to achieve this by ensuring that we stay vendor independent and provide continuous staff training and accreditation in both the business and ICT fields. We will always ensure that we understand the role of ICT in business, the issues facing business and the integration of ICT into the business strategy. Furthermore we will achieve this by being human, by removing jargon and by listening.
